This skills development involves understanding the specific need, what tools and methodologies can be used to remove barriers to learning caused by those needs and how to track and monitor their students' progress.
Working closely with your institute's inclusion lead, we will tailor a plan and IEP to meet the student's needs in line with your expectations. We monitor the LSAs provision daily through a unique tracking system which is shared with you and, where required, parents and the student. Reports can be generated as needed and analysis of data informs practice. Parents are supported throughout their child's learning journey through daily communication from the LSA.
